高兴发20017月毕业于华东师范大学化学系,获学士学位。20019月进入中国科学院高能物理研究所读研究生,20067月获博士学位。20068月至20103月及20104月至20113月先后赴日本分子科学研究所和美国伦斯勒理工学院从事博士后研究工作。20114月入选中国科学院高能物理研究所"引进国外杰出人才(百人计划)",任研究员,博士生导师。20123月通过中科院“百人计划”择优。20119月担任国家重大科学研究计划(973)项目“基于肿瘤微环境调控的抗肿瘤纳米材料设计和机制研究”之课题一负责人(共设有四个课题)。2014年入选江西省赣鄱英才555工程高端人才柔性特聘计划。现任江西师范大学特聘教授。在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Chem. Sci., Adv. Mater等杂志发表国际SCI论文60余篇。为JACS, ACS Nano, Nanoscale多家国际期刊的论文评阅人。

研究兴趣

随着计算机性能的提升和科学计算软件的完善,分子模拟已成为化学研究中不可替代的研究手段。对小分子,分子模拟可精确预测其结构和性能,揭示实验中难以检测亚稳态分子结构、反应中间体等诸多关键化学信息。对纳米催化和纳米生物等复杂体系,分子模拟可在分子水平研究催化机理和构效关系,在相关材料的理性设计方面发挥着关键作用。

课题组综合运用分子模拟等研究手段,与国、内外优秀科研单位合作,在化学、材料和生物交叉学科方向开展以下研究:

Ø       纳米催化(纳米酶)分子机制的理论研究与实验验证;

Ø       有机/无机杂化纳米材料的设计、合成和应用;

Ø       纳米材料生物化学效应的计算机模拟;
